I met Kim in May of 2007 when she advertised on craigslist. We had never used a groomer before, but I decided it was worth seeing how Jake, our labradoodle, would look if someone who actually knew what she was doing, trimmed him up. And the idea that Kim would come to the house was irresistible. Well -- Jake and Kim fell in love so this year (I'm not an impulsive type!), I decided to ask Kim if she'd give Jake a summer haircut before we took him on vacation with us. She spent two hours with him, carefully trimming all of his curly locks, and when she was finished, he looked fabulous! All summer, folks commented on how cute Jake looked (less like the shaggy dog from central casting and more like an animated stuffed animal). Jake clearly appreciated the process; he adores Kim. I totally trust her with him. She has changed my opinion of grooming forever and the convenience is an added bonus. I wish she could cut my hair!
